It's important for everyone to approach these three days with a "serious" mindset. Try practicing the five points mentioned above to ensure your time is spent purposefully rather than just for leisure or observation.
In particular… pre-study is crucial. Information will be updated until the last minute, including session details. Be sure to check the side events as well!
Also, if you have stickers representing your company, they can be used as communication tools. Please bring them along! Let's exchange stickers with each other!

The basement floor is the "PRO BASE" zone, which is primarily focused on executives and investors. Only PRO Pass and VIP Pass holders can enter this zone. This floor is dedicated to sharing insights on how to grow businesses and accelerate management, aiming to generate concrete "realizations" and "connections." It features four IVS stages and three CRYPTO stages. Additionally, there is a networking lounge where various venture capitalists have their dedicated tables, providing an opportunity for casual discussions and consultations on management-related matters.

The 3rd floor is dedicated to the exciting new project called "NEXT CITY." It is a zone specifically designed to foster the next generation. Unlike previous IVS events that were limited to invitees-only, NEXT CITY is open to everyone. It targets individuals who are interested in entrepreneurship, startups, and launching new ventures. The zone explores how to create an impact in this era and addresses the future challenges of society. It is truly a remarkable zone designed to to generate the next generation of ideas and innovation.

The event is divided into 5 stages and 4 areas, resembling a town dedicated to exploring the future. The right half is dedicated to the CRYPTO-related area, allowing free movement between different spaces. Each stage and area has its own unique concept, offering intriguing sessions and pitches. Alongside the stages, communication bars are scattered where speakers and participants can engage in conversations. There are also booths for partners and communities, providing a zone for aspiring entrepreneurs and those striving for new business ventures to discover and gain insights.

After entering the main venue "Miyakomesse" and completing on-boarding, visitors will find themselves in the "VILLAGE" zone. This is the beginning of the adventure for visitors. This zone is open to all pass holders and is mainly lined with food and beverage booths. In addition, there is an area where contents are presented in the context of "Kyoto" and "startups," and an area where many HR-related companies will gather in order to increase the number of people involved in startups.
The Rohm Theater, located right in front of Miyako Messe, and its South Hall, will host the IVS's signature Pitch Contest and sessions.
