📦Preparing for the Event

Prepare for Smooth Registration
- Please have your EventResist pass ready.
- On the event day, exchange your pass at the "REGISTRATION" area of the main venue.
- You will automatically receive a PDF with a QR code upon registration. Display this QR code on your smartphone or print the PDF for smooth entry.
  - The email title sent upon registration is "IVS2024 KYOTO / IVS CRYPTO 2024 KYOTO / Application confirmation email".
- Please bring at least two business cards.
- While we have separate receptions for each pass, you may need to wait in line during busy times. We appreciate your understanding.
- For students purchasing the NEXT Pass "STUDENT", a valid student ID is required. Entry may be denied without it.

From JR Kyoto Station to Main Venue:

Take the Karasuma Line or Kintetsu Kyoto Line to Takeda Station. From Exit 4 at the northwest, it's a 5-minute bus ride.(For details on the buses, please see below.)

Direct bus "Kyoto Rakunan Express" from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit to "Kyoto Pulse Plaza/Kyocera Mae".
The above buses run approximately 3 to 5 times per hour. Please check the timetable.
Transportation IC cards cannot be used. Only cash, WAON cards, and PayPay are accepted.
Normally, there are no services on Saturdays, but special buses will run on Saturdays for this event.

For those arriving by car:

Public transportation is recommended. There is no parking available at the venue. For those with disabilities, please contact IVS Office.

🚌Shuttle Bus from Takeda Station (Karasuma Line & Kintetsu)

To reach the main venue, exit the "North Gate" at Takeda Station and take Exit 4, which will lead you to the west exit of Takeda Station.

IVS Free Shuttle Bus: 5-minute ride.
- Runs from 9:30 AM to 6:10 PM, with priority for guests holding BUSINESS PASS (Startup, Investor, Executive, Speaker).

🚌IVS Free Shuttle Bus (Takeda Station = Main Venue) Information

During the event, a shuttle bus will operate from Takeda Station to the main venue, separate from public transportation. This service is available from 9:30 AM to 6:10 PM for guests holding BUSINESS PASS (Startup / Investor / Executive / Speaker). Please take advantage of this service.

🏠Accommodation Information

IVS2024 KYOTO will be held over three days, with numerous side events planned for the evenings. We recommend staying in Kyoto to make the most of these three days. Please note that you are responsible for booking your own accommodation. Please make your reservations independently.

<aside> 💡 Tips: The main venue is accessible from Takeda Station on the Karasuma Subway Line. Many side events will be held near Gojo Station, Shijo Station, and Shijo-Karasuma Station. For convenience, we recommend booking accommodation with good access to the Karasuma Subway Line. This is for your reference.
