Tomomi, a gelato artisan trained in Italy, opened the shop with the desire to "convey the deliciousness of Japanese ingredients through gelato.” All while connecting with producers from various regions in Japan, the shop offers simple gelato that brings out the flavor of the ingredients in pursuit of "deliciousness".
